that is not normal
there is no problem in making the child wear diaper throughout the day but the important thing would be that it should not cause skin allergy as well as have to change it frequently before urine accumulation causes perianal rash.
if you observe that there is urine accumulation on the skin then change the diaper immediately
diaper has to be changed according to the urinary frequency dof the child
you can apply coconut oil before making the child wear diaper which will help in decreasing the chances of rash.
