Hello if there is normal swelling in hands and feet...what should i do.? i m in my 9 month...so what to eat for normal delivery?...

A. Hi mom. Yes swelling of feet and hands is very much normal during pregnancy. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. For normal delivery nothing special is to be consumed. Take care and all the best
