hello iam in exclusive breastfeeding if mother eating spicy then baby will have loose motions is this correct or not? mother eating anything and baby have stomach upset is related please tell me??

A. dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to your baby. so, you can eat all types of foods. there is no restriction as such.
