Hello.. I'm pregnant with 5th month and in ultrasound one of my baby kidney is enlarged(dilated) is that happens?

A. need details ultrasound. best to show a specialist. he will diagnose n find the root cause only as that's best ok. try to avoid self medication as that can be deleterious in long run as well
