hello, I m mother of 45 month old daughter I m thinking about second baby my age is 36 years but I m very confused kya mai second baby kru kyuki meri help karne wala koi v nhi sirf husband hi hai jo help kar sakte hai mujhe bahut tension ho rhi hai ki agar mai second baby krti hu to kaise mai manage krungi or meri first baby ka care kon krega mujhe kuch v samajh me nhi aa rha hai meri first baby c sec se hui hai to kya second baby v c sec se hi hogi pls guide me.
