hello,I m a pcos patient and my dr.had consulted me livogen and overall but I have a concern how much flow is normal foa a pcos patient..like I have 2-3 day flow and then it's just spotting n light

A. Hello mom If you are getting a normal periods for next 2 to 3 days then this flow is totally fine. Rather than this all these things just depends on harmonal changes in body. So you should not worry about it in a proper diet and follow the instructions given by your doctor. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
