Q.

Hello I'm a mom of 1 mnth 15 days baby, Im a normal delivery mom, I got my periods, is it a normal thing, or should I consult a gynic.(actually got stressed n tired, sleeping late at N8 bcz of my baby)plz do help me.

A. it may not be periods so early better to consult your doctor Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods are very normal finding after delivery due to hormonal changes. Few moms get their periods immediately even while breastfeeding and few might not get even after an year. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Continue breastfeeding.
