Hello,I'm 6 months pregnant for second baby,I'm suffering from cold (nose block) and cough,can I take steam,how can I relief from this?

A. dear Mum, yes, you can take steam for relief from nose block and cold. if you still do not get any relief then you should consult your doctor and take medicines as prescribed.
