I have a 2 month old baby , since about 2 weeks he's been having bad rashes around his groin area, been applying the ointment the doctor gave but the redness is there . I don't use a diaper or cloth diaper . I leave him free most of the times with only a langot which is changed immediately when it's wet .But his rashes are not reducing totally . how do I go about this? thanks in advance

this can be diaper dermatitis baby is having Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination if required there is need for appropriate investigations also in this regard o k

I would suggest to apply Coconut oil on redness .
it will help to decrease it.
prefer Cotton nappies like Babyhug brand nappies which are made up of 100% Cotton.
keep that area clean but do not use soap for cleaning this part.
just use Luke warm water for this.
