hello i delivered my son on 15 oct 2022 , i got my first period on 4 Feb 2023 my period cycle is irregular some time I got them after 2 months and some time every month but this time I didn't get my period form last 3 months my last date was 21 September what should I do

A. you're period date is being missed and you are confirmed that it is not pregnancy, then you can wait for your periods to come naturally or you can take medications for your periods to come with your doctor advice

A. Have you taken a pregnancy test after you missed your period and if it was negative then you should consult a gynaecologist as this could be due to some disturbance in your hormone which can be seen with Women after their delivery it’s best to check with the gynaecologist
