Hello I am the mother of 2 .9 years old child He was too hyper active and throwing tantrums so I hit him on the back this can cause any serious problem can you please suggest me for tantrums

Understand why your child is doing tantrums looking at the age it could be premolars coming which is really disturbing your child sometimes when they have some problem and they cannot express which is when they behave like this so hitting the child is not going to be a solution even if you keep hitting your child you’re actually going to make your child more stubborn after a child after while the child would probably knew that my mother is going to hit and I am done you are actually creating a rift between you and your child please don’t do it
