hello ! I am prediabetic and I just breastfed my baby 1and half month that to very low supply and now I am not making milk at all plz help me . i want to breastfeed more

A. You can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals abd in morning rahe powdered methi dana with water and always gave a glass of water after feeding the baby and massage your breast towards nipple
