hello I am mother of 2.9 years old boy... I am really worried about his diet . he doesn't like to have anything..when he feels very hungry he only drinks milk.and that is why constipated what should I do

Hello mom avoid giving milk always in the sense , make a diet routine as adult have , such as meal time , snack or milk time , etc .. when he is super hungry and if its meal time be firm and only prefer to give food . because as he is hungry and then he is filling it up with milk alone so he isnt eating the usual food
