Hello I am 7 week pregnant and my first ultrasound is done but report is showing only early intrauterine pregnency. it doesn't not show any heartbeat or foetal pole and yolksac. is it matter of concern?? when I will see my baby heart beat. dr. ask me to report after 15 days and re ultrasound.

See this is actually a matter of concern if everything goes well then you can probably see a heartbeat and whatever is missing right now can mostly be there by the time of 12 weeks but after 15 days of scan what your doctor C would completely be dependent on that that does she want to wait or she
