Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day especially after meals, at least 10 minutes. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care
