hello gud morning mam my 4months old baby having cold and he is always vomit the milk and before month baby weight is 5.5 after one month same weight having please tell me treatment for cold, weight gain tips mam

For first six months after birth you are only supposed to give breastfeeding to the child and if the child is not gaining weight with that then you can give formula milk to the child and if the child is having cold then you should consult your doctor for oral medicine to be given
