What to Include in His Solids? Single-Grain Cereals – Rice or oatmeal cereal mixed with breast milk/formula. Fruits – Mashed banana, apple puree, pear, or papaya. Vegetables – Well-cooked and mashed carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato, or bottle gourd. Dal Water & Moong Dal Khichdi – Light and easy to digest. Curd/Yogurt – Unsweetened homemade curd in small amounts. Ragi Porridge – Rich in iron and good for digestion. Feeding Tips: Start with a smooth, watery consistency and gradually make it thicker. Offer food in the morning or noon so you can observe any reactions. Introduce one new food every 3-4 days to check for allergies. Avoid salt, sugar, honey, cow’s milk, and processed foods.
