hello good day my son is taking more water and passing more urine, from4 to 5 days, earlier I am keeping diper for him in the night but from two days changing two diapers in the night is it normal

it indicates good hydration
thirst can be affected by weather conditions as well
if child is otherwise healthy active playful maintaining normal weight then do not weight
