hello friends I have 8months old baby and m feeding mother and my weight is 80kgs want to know how to reduce my weight who doesn't effect my breastfeed? plz suggest

A. For reducing your weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid foods which are high in calories, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
