Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.

Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
