Hello Experts, My son keeps vomiting if he eats more and he doesn't eat food wholeheartedly at once. What should I do?

A. Hello mom let him eat as much he is comfortable to do so and not force him .. every individual is different and so is his eating capacity as well .. some eat less so you may increase the frequency
