hello experts my baby is 1.3years old. he is not eating anything at all from the last 1 week. he lost almost 2kg. what should i do now? not even taking his milk properly

A. Teething Probably be happening with your child which is why your child is not eating or drinking and that is why your child we have lost weight so I think that could be the reason you should check the gums of the child to know more about it
