my kid is 3 yrs old. past one week he says stomach pains during eating. he lost also 1 kg since not eating much. is there anything to worry. please advise

A. Hello mom it could either be due to worms so de worming is required and other reason be tummy issues and due to that he might be having loss of appetite as well
