ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist2 years agoA. Hi kids usually get their get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the process of teeth eruption
