hello expert doct. Mera beta 3 year 8 month old hai usko bht gas bn rhe h kaise thik kru mai mujhe smjh me nhi aa rha....ab toh usko Khali pet sattu pani mix krke pilati hu phir bhi bht gas bn rhe usko....kaise thik hoga hmesa k liye..... please help

A. hello dear mum , it can b due to indigestion give small frequent n freshly prepared home food avoid high fibre food like whole grain , green leafy veg , beans legumes avoid milk instead give curd

A. hello dear first of all it is very important to take care of diet no heavy food no fried or junk food for few days at all physical activity is important give ajwain by adding pinch of black salt with warm water ...give him green saunf to chew ...place a warm towel or warm water bottle on stomach
