Hello everyone ..i am 1 month old baby's mother and i got sever breast pain during feeding and after feeding.. there is no crack nipples and any other soreness in breast...milk supply also good..but i feel sever pain.any remedies??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Rinse the breast after each feeding with water to reduce the risk of infection. Apply a cold pack to numb the injured area before nursing. Cold can help dull the pain. consult once ur doctor

Apply an over-the-counter breastfeeding ointment such as Lanolin. ...Apply cold compresses to help with soreness from engorged breasts Consider using over-the-counter soothing packs, such as Lansinoh Soothies.Let your nipples air out after feedings.
