hello Dr, When we have to introduce sugar and salt to babies. It is safe adding salt less than 12 months baby food ? Please guide

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. hi.. it is good to use salt n sugar in baby food after your baby complete 12 month / 1 year of age. do not worry if food is bland and taste less.
