hello Dr. this is sonography report I can't understand this and plz help me for understand current situation of pregnancy and what should I do ?

On My screen there is no report available to see so I will not be able to give you any advice of the sonography I can only advise you as of now that you get a check with your gynaecologist they will make you understand everything clearly what is measured in the report
