if there is any red rashes or white spots present it may be due to following reasons:White spots could be because of some fungal infection or  some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin .it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper moisturisation of skin is very important . you can use a good quality cream like seba med or atogla.
Red colour rash over the body if present could be some allergic rashes which may be of sudden onset along witr.ih itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever .
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done  for soothing along with antiallergic medications.

U Can try applying lack to calamine lotion because it is specially for the small small little little pimple skin gets get you to eat so you can apply it on regular basis once they start subsiding completely then you can stop using it if you want to
