Hello Dr My daughter is 10 yrs old.She don't want to eat food but she like sweets.if she eat chapati then that also with sugar or jaggery. I would like u to suggest me some nutritious food which vl keep her healthy.Thank you

A. Hi Mom Make meal time fun with toys and story Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana etc
