My baby is of 28 days today, at the time of feed my baby keep sleeping and don't stop latching. i have to stop him by putting my finger in his mouth with the breast feed to stop. the moment I stop he wakes up and again start crying for the same. It seems like he can have more milk.

kindly help me how to fix his latching time and gets to know that he is full.

you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child 
and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk. d
if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittentd burping . 
there is no need to to go for hourly feeding pattern.
also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits .
