#asktheexpert How to stop breastfeeding of 28 months old kid? He takes 3 feed a day. And, can't sleep without it.

A. Please apply femite solution on breast it is like mail paint it will work for sure thought your child will be annoyed for some days as he will not get breast milk after that then you can continue with cow milk but cow milk can’t be given much as it will cause constipation so you can give around 450ml in whole day.

Hi mom Offer different varieties of food Stop feeding gradually Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals milk products Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana eyc Make habit to sleep baby with dad Offer water or something else if child demands feeding
