A. the child is suffering from some type of allergy due to which the child is having recurrent running nose and cold so it is important to find the cores at as whether it is due to temperature variations or whether it is due to some type of viral allergy so better to meet your doctor for that and yes anti allergic medicines like montelukast needs to be started if it is not improving
