Hello Dr. My baby is 4month 4days.. Her weight at birth was 2.3kg.. Now she weighs 4.5kg.. Is it normal or is she underweight ❓ please let me know..

A. Okay so if when we complete four months it should be 4.3 so it is 200 g more than that which means in these four days extra if we calculate 200 g which is good when we talk about weed gain it should be a minimum of 500 g in a month if you check accordingly your child is gaining very well and appropriately as per the age
