Hello dr My baby is 4 month old ...he is on complete breast feeding ... this month he not gain weight.. I’m real worried plz help me

A. If Your child has not even gained a minimum of 400 g as of now then you should consult your doctor then that could be a possibility that your breast feed is not sufficient for the child it’s light enough which is why your child is not gaining any weight
