Hello Dr. my baby is 4 month old and he is super active but since last week he is passing watery stool and the colour is greenish and sometimes yellowish but the baby is normal he doesn't cry. Baby is completely on breast feed and recently I have started with formula milk that to one ounce daily.. Is there something to worry or its normal.

A. Hello mom Green colour stool is not always alarming it can be because of natural or artificial food intake in mothers diet or can also be because of formula milk. If your baby is active and taking proper feed on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
