Q.

my son is passing stool 4 times a day and the stool is normal consistency and some times little bit watery... what should I do

A. if there is increase frequency of motion and if there is some watery motions there will be some infection which needs to be rulled out so consult your doctor for this

A. If it is watery more than the normal school then in that case you will have to check with your doctor as it could be a sign of loose motion as well otherwise passing motion 324 times in a day is considered very much normal
