Hello Dr, My baby is 2yrs old he is active baby and he eats everything what we eat bt in a small quantity , but he is not gaining weight according to his age it's weight stuck on 8kg from last couple of months , I consult my pediatrician he prescribe multivitamin nd iron bt instead of this his weight is constant can u please help to solve my query .. nd one more thing according to his weight nd age how much ml of pcm can be given to him in fever nd how many times ?

A. the doors of paracetamol is 15 milligrams per kg body weight for dose which you can do three times a day. c Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
