hello dr my baby is 16 month old and I got my period in 11 month but after that my period is irregular with 5 to 8 days difference per month ... I m lactating ...so melasma appears on my face .. should I consult gynecologist or skin specialist

A. hi mom 5 to 8 days difference is ok .. for melasma u should consult with the dermatologist .. use good sunscreen while going out in the sun .. tc
