hello dr .. my baby girl is 2 month old... she have to much cough ..nd noss is to much patch.wht should I do to resolve this.... she was take the medicine to resolve.. bt just relief only for 3 to 4 day.. nd cough is again come back... plz suggest wht I do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment yogu can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .

If Your child is having cold persistently then there could be some congestion in the lungs as well you should get it checked with an ENT doctor wants to have a much better understanding of the issue and for the time being start giving indirect steam to the child along with the medicines
