shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mom u can give medication like spasmol by asking ur doctor and you can also try with home remedy like give ajwain Ka Pani to the child again and again do hot water fomentation on the stomach make sure he is doing some physical activities which will help him to pass the gas
