hello Dr.. mere baby ko 2nd vaccine lagi 15 din ho gaye swelling nhi gai..kya kru

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. if your child is having DPT vaccination it causes pain fever and also swelling and the swelling will be there for a few days nothing to worry does give Paracetamol if there is any pain and fever

Hello ma’am Rub ice pack on to that area every 2 to 3 hours for the swelling to settle down monitor it for 2 to 3 days if the swelling still does not settle down by keeping an ice pack or ice cube over there then it would be better to consult your paediatrician ones regarding the same
