Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question this is probably because of the dry skin and due to the dry weather to strike and moisturize your baby's skin at least three to four times City one time should definitely be right after bath so that the moisture is locked in and your baby does not have dry skin anymore
