Hello.. aap sirf speech therapy krva skte h,  wo unko sentence form pr le ayenge even question answer pr bhi le aayenge, unka confidence badhega,  stage fear nhi rahega. wo bolta h, kya wo pointing krta h, usko koi bhi bulaye to kya wo respond krta h, apni feeling express krta h jaise bhukh lgna, pyaas lgna,  gussa h, khush h, etc.
