A. hi dear Fruits: bananas, soft pears, peaches, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries. Vegetables: soft-cooked broccoli, carrots, green beans, sweet potatoes. Protein: eggs, soft-cooked or ground meat, tofu, smashed beans, low mercury fish. Healthy fats: avocado, fish, olive oil, nut butters.
