Hello Dr, Mera baby 6 month ka hai or usko kuch time se cold ho rakha hai last one week sahi nahi rha. or kya ham usko cow milk de sakte hai mother feed vo nahi leta

A. usually cow milk is avoided before completion of one year of age because before that it cdan cause cow milk allergy which might lead to either constipation or loose motion or colic pain. but if you have gxiven cow milk earlier and it did not cause any digestion problem then you can continue to give it to the child otherwise stick to the milk which was given since birth.
