hello Dr. many people says that consuming of fish not good for stitches is it true?

A. good evening not heard of any such thing I would request you to please try to just make sure that you consumer healthy and balanced diet and you should try to have lots of seasonal fruit vegetables it will as it is be good if you avoid having fish so that you can have milk
