hai today I ate small amount of fish is it harmful for caesarean stitches .that everyone saying do not eat fish UpTo one year

Well I’m never seen the dietician saying that you should not have it if you had a little bit of it then it is not an issue and sales with seasons you have had a C-section I’m just going to advise you to consult your dietician or your doctor from the hospital where you have had your delivery they would advise you with a ride plan for C-section section as well
