hello dr m d mother of Shrika Gupta who is 16 month old. she has a constipation issue since last 5 days. Her dr recommended Vizilac 5ml twice in a day but not proper result found. she is doing potty after having any meal. plz suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if your 16 months old baby suffering from constipation issue you should make a proper diet plan for the child give plenty of liquid along with high fibre avoid giving too much of milk and maida

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Give them 4-5 soaked raisins first thing in the morning. *Give them a glass of warm cow's milk at bedtime with half a tsp of cow's ghee. *Apply hing (asafoetida) on their stomach at night in clockwise direction to relieve gas. *Give them boiled food instead of raw.
