Hello dr I m mother 23 month old daughter my baby is suffering from cold from last one week and I consult from paediatric on 29 they gave her some medication like flucold n antibiotics but still my nose is running and she is very irrabatable plz suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam g inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
